Desperate Housewives, an American television comedy drama series, made its debut on ABC Network on October 3, 2004. All events are set in the street of Wisteria Lane in the fictional American Town of Fairview. The show depicts the everyday activities of a group of women as they deal with the domestic, family, and personal issues and reveals the secrets hidden behind the closed doors of the community. Their lives are seen through the eyes of Mary Alice, their dead neighbor and series shows that the ordinary lives of housewives are not exactly what they appear to be.
